Known as Omaha’s oldest Italian restaurant and bakery, we’re on the rise to 100 years in business! Since 1919, Orsi’s Italian Bakery & Pizzeria has offered fresh and savory Italian foods to the residents of Omaha. With a wide variety of selections, including fresh-baked Italian bread, hand-crafted pizzas and imported oils and vinegar from our deli, you can find your favorite Italian items at our shop.
This is pretty amazing pizza. The owner is super nice and gave me some free garlic bread for trying the place out for the first time. The pizza is very basic as far as flavor - just the natural taste of the ingredients without much seasoning (I just had pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom, so there could be more flavorful varieties). But the pizza is also big! You will not be wanting with toppings and cheese. There’s a subtle unique flavor as an aftertaste, and I don’t feel sick or bloated after eating it — just like I ate real food. I think 2 people could split a quarter sheet (6 slices) — I was full after 3-4 slices (plus some garlic bread). It’s a little pricey for 3 toppings ($25 incl. a small tip), but what isn’t these days (thanks inflation). I will definitely stop here again at some point.
You just can't beat Orsi's! Everything is so delicious and fresh! The owner is great & friendly, just one of the spots that you have to try if you've never been here! I come from out of state to make purchases here for my Dad, he has me stop often, it's so worth it! Thank you Orsi's! P.S. Thank you for the Magnetic Husker Schedule! 🤗🥰
Great service, friendly staff, clean and cozy atmosphere. Saw it on Google and tried it out while passing through. Great pizza! Owner gave us garlic bread to try, super good. Highly recommend.
The pizza and cheese bread were delightful. We loved their sauce. We ordered a full sheet and two orders of garlic bread for 6 adults and two kids. We had plenty of leftovers. All were very entertained by the size of the monstrous pizza box. My brother and husband went to pick up the pizza and loved the environment along with the staff. The owner was very nice and personable. If we are back in Omaha and wanting pizza we will stop again.
I came here on work from St. Louis, where we have The Hill Italian neighborhood. This would give any of our pizza joints a run for their money. Fantastic old-school Italian market atmosphere, and excellent pizza!! The owner was super friendly as well. Be sure to save room for their sweets, too!
